I stayed for three months with Anita and everything was perfect. The room is very pleasant, the bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and functional. The shared kitchen has everything you need. Most importantly, Anita, the host, is very kind, respectful, and generous. She sometimes prepared meals for me, provided whatever I needed, and always cared about my comfort. I really felt at home :) Thank you for everything, I hope to return!

I appreciated how much privacy the place offered, letting me wash my clothes without interruption. The décor, however, didn't match the photos and the setting felt dull; I felt the price was a touch steep for what was delivered.

Anita was courteous and articulate. The property, however, fell short of its description: it takes at least 1,5 hrs to reach central Jakarta, and no bus or train runs between 10 PM and the early morning. I paid an extra 50K IDR/day for a hot shower, yet during my 19‑day stay from 15 Jan to 2 Feb 2026, the room was never cleaned, towels and linens never changed, and garbage left outside one of the rentals attracted ants and bugs on the terrace every morning. Sorry, Anita, this could have been a nice spot, but your indifference to guest cleanliness ranks it among the worst places I’ve stayed in 40 years of traveling across Asia.

Anita was truly welcoming; she greeted me with a car, guided me through everything, and helped me a lot. I was supposed to stay only one day but ended up staying longer because she was so kind and polite. We cooked together and ate together, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

Anita is an amazing host who supplies everything you might need—brushes, shampoo, even moisturizer—and she happily offers anything else on request. She even took me to a local market and shared her cooking, inviting me to cook for her too. The place is wonderful! It sits in a quiet, local area near a lake, a bit hard to find but far better than a tourist zone for me. The only downside is that hot water would be nicer.
