Breakfast was fantastic. Julie is fabulous and does a wonderful job!! 5 Stars for her! The location is amazing! The tiki bar was wonderful! After traveling for over 10 hours to get there, we were very disappointed that we had to spend the first several minutes cleaning up both alive and dead spiders from the ceiling and walls…10 of them to be exact. We woke up to a huge dead cockroach next to our bed on our last morning there. Later that evening around 10:30 pm, as we were lying in bed trying to sleep, a housekeeper used her master key and let herself into our room. No knocking first, no announcement that she was entering the room…nothing. Thankfully we had the top‑door lock on so she wasn’t able to fully open the door. We were there for 2 nights and only had 1 tiny bar of soap to use (which isn’t much for showers and hand washing over 2 days for two people). I ended up grabbing one off the cart as we walked by. We seemed to be in a much older section of the property along with other guests. There were other buildings that honestly looked a little nicer, but there were hardly any cars in front of them. Our room was directly over the Tiki Bar and pool which was a little loud until the bar closed at 9 pm. I would consider staying again, but not in the same building.

The location is good. Nothing else, all was okay. Just breakfast stopped at 9 am, which is too early.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the bay‑side location offered great views and convenience. I liked the gift shop and the kayak rentals, and the restaurant Crackers was enjoyable. However, the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. The shower and toilet area were too small and lacked an exhaust vent.

The location was good. The room service (towels, toilet paper, etc.) only responded after a request after the second day, and the dryers didn’t work.
