The staff were fairly accommodating, but the area was untidy—there was a phone handset underneath our bed, the place was dusty, the headboard dust was too visible, and the lobby was dirty. I’m looking forward to improvements in tidiness; overall the stay was fine, but it would be more worthwhile if they cleaned up and made the place a little more welcoming for guests. Untidy place.
I liked the location and the staff, and the Wi‑Fi was decent, but the property feels dilapidated; I’ve been staying here for over ten days during my foreign vacation only because of the spot. The same towels, blankets, and bed sheets have been used for the last ten years—white towels now appear almost black and all are stained. The TV isn’t working, and the furniture is old and damaged.
Everything was super dirty.
