The location was good and both the room and bathroom were spacious, and the receptionist was very kind. The bed was a little hard, the air‑conditioning ran too cold, the TV had Netflix but wouldn’t play anything, and none of the power sockets accepted my charger – not a deal‑breaker but it would have been nicer to have more outlets working.

The bathroom in room 206 reeked of feces, especially around the toilet, and it never seemed to get properly cleaned.

The large bathtub was a hit and the kids had a blast, but the room was chilly, the blankets didn’t keep me warm and I slept cold.

Although the breakfast was a bit ordinary, the rest of my experience was excellent. I was particularly pleased with the spacious and comfortable big bed in my room. However, I was disappointed when I found that the breakfast had gone cold.
