The hosts are friendly, the accommodation is clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the bread selection. There was no issue with parking the bike; everyone was happy to accommodate. The shared kitchen could use a bit more equipment – a microwave and a fridge would help.

The place is in a great spot, just a 20‑25 minute walk to Mayrhofen. Breakfast was decent but basic—no quark, but having a fridge in the room was handy.

Everything felt personal and warm, especially the spotless bathroom and bedroom—just made me feel at home. The only hiccup was getting the guest card on day two, but that didn't ruin anything.
