The food is great with a very varied menu, the common areas and the room are spacious and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The building isn’t air‑conditioned, so the dining room gets very hot, the spa is nice, but the pool water isn’t warm enough.

The spot was great, the staff were incredibly kind, the food was high‑quality and tasty, and the room was spotless. I was disappointed that, for a four‑star hotel, the mattress wasn’t comfortable; I would have expected at least a topper to refresh it.

We stayed for a week and fell in love with the Dolomites, thanks in part to the cozy care at Alpen Corona – we’ll definitely return. Everything from the food to the cleanliness was excellent, and we appreciated that they allow dogs.

The hotel’s central location is a plus, but as a four‑star it feels worn out. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are disappointing, with no ingredient lists displayed. The room had issues, especially the windowless bathroom where the exhaust fan didn’t work, the cabinet was worn, and there was little water pressure in the shower.
