The cleanliness, location, and pool were great, but the breakfast had a wrong distance indication from the center.

“Soggiorno in Maremma”

The property is very beautiful and surrounded by greenery. It has a lovely pool where you can relax on comfortable loungers. But the real strength is Lucia who manages everything perfectly, always kind and available for any situation, and she also recommended places to visit nearby. We also dined one evening and really enjoyed the starter, the first course, and the dessert. The breakfast with cakes prepared by Lucia was truly delicious, along with yogurt and jams. However, the shower cubicles need replacing because the semi‑circular sliding doors were defective and went off track. Unfortunately my husband had a small accident while trying to close the shower door; one of them fell on him, shattering into pieces. Luckily he only got a few small cuts but it could have been worse. Lucia handled the situation excellently, providing immediate assistance and changing our room.

The place is great, clean, organized, the host is warm and attentive, the pool is stunning, worth the money, very close to attractions without parking trouble, and very quiet. Breakfast is basic with cakes, coffee, granola, yogurt—enough to start the day. 10/10! No words. Everything is excellent.

It was close to attractions like Pitigliano and Lame Bolsena, and there was nothing to complain about.

“Eine Unterkunft an einem ganz außergewöhnlichen tollen Ort”

Alleine die Lage ist umwerfend gewesen. Nach dem heißen Tag war eine Abkühlung im Pool sehr angenehm. Wir wurden am Abend lecker bekocht und der leckere Wein danach auf der Terrasse vor dem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Weinberge die rundum waren, war toll. Das Frühstück war eher italienisch, also sehr süß und viel Kuchen
