I was shocked that even after paying everything, the staff still demanded a cash security deposit, which goes against the policy. I tried to resolve it with n at JRJA 2, but had to move to JRJA 1 because of a scheduled blackout. When I checked in at JRJA 1, housekeeping folded a stained towel into a decoration, and then charged me 500php for the stain, which feels like fraud or a scam.
