The hotel was clean, the host was enthusiastic and relaxed, and the sea view was beautiful; next time I’ll definitely book again.
The sea view was lovely, but there was plastic on the mattress that you have to remove, otherwise you can’t sleep.
The view of the harbor and beach, the Vietnamese vibe, and the team's friendliness were great, but the mattress was very hard—soft but still tough.
The staff were friendly and the people of Sam Son overall were welcoming, but there were two power outages in 24 hours—though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Scamming taxi drivers is, however, a common problem!
