We really appreciated the extra bath towels in the room – we stayed several days and never ran out of fresh ones. The room was spotless and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to transport and shops. The host was always friendly and attentive. A simple but much‑appreciated detail – would definitely stay here again.

We had a complete mess of organization; despite holding a reservation, we were left without a room. They didn't offer to find another hotel in their chain, and when we finally arrived, it was a totally different place and far more expensive. We were utterly ignored by the staff—please double‑check everything before you arrive.
