Abdullah and the entire staff were very attentive and polite, helping and advising us at every turn. Daily housekeeping surprised us with its thoroughness, keeping the riad impeccably clean. The breakfasts were large and perhaps not the tastiest I've ever had, but each person could find something delicious and nourishing: omelette, two kinds of pancakes, spreads, jams, fruit, avocado, daily juice, coffee, tea, various desserts, and yogurt. Everything looked as beautiful as on the photos. If you’re unfamiliar with a riad, read up so you’re not disappointed by its size and privacy. We were thrilled.

The place is beautiful and stunning inside. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the rooftop and the extra breakfast. The location is great for getting around. The staff were helpful and friendly.

“Feels like retreating to a spa every day!”

The Riad is incredibly beautiful and kept taking our breath away! We were welcomed with a warm smile and mint tea upon arrival, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The hosts went above and beyond to meet every need and were always eager to help. It’s also super close to a really nice part of the souks! The breakfast was generous, and I highly recommend spending some time unwinding on the roof. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

“Schnuckliges Riad im Herzen der Medina ., mit Familienanschluss.”

Marrakesh: Dar Bonita. Our big wish to stay in the old Medina was fulfilled by the charming Riad Bonita. Twisting paths, a labyrinth of alleys in the pink city of Marrakesh. Spices drift from the small shops… Then a wonderful old door opens and you find yourself in the courtyard of Dar Bonita. What a reception. Candles and scented lamps emit an aura of wonderful old oriental culture. The host’s warmth embraces us immediately. We can’t stop admiring the artistic wall ornaments, the wooden doors, the beautifully green‑tiled pool. Our room was on the top floor, reached by narrow stone stairs. A cozy setup with a comfortable bed, open shelves, soft wool rugs. A wonderful stained‑glass window reflected sunlight onto the bed. A small bathroom with a glass shower and a mini stained‑glass window. Splendid. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a magnificent rooftop terrace. We spent many hours there after the bustle of the streets. Quiet. Breakfast was more than sufficient and there were always homemade treats. Very nicely presented, and you could sit by the small pool and simply enjoy. I want to emphasize that we love such accommodations because you feel like family. Access to locals is a top priority here (if you want). We enjoyed every second of the 10 days there. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team. (Hamou, Abdel, Fatima… and everyone else) You give 100% every day to bring us the special aspects of your country closer. We have taken you all into our hearts.
