Super location right in the center, a nice, cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we could leave our luggage to explore the city. The room was tidy and had everything you need. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and during breakfast the staff seemed overwhelmed by the crowd and didn’t refill promptly.

Locations is very convenient for Vienna visitors -very central, close to all attractions. Breakfast was sufficiently good. The hotel and the room was clean. My room was a kind of a corridor or storage room in old times, that what I would suppose. Only 8m2. Very narrow and not convenient. I wonder why such spaces are rented as rooms for the clients. I did not feel comfortable to stay in it. And the price was not a low one

The spot is great, just a walk to all the main sights in Old Twon, but the single rooms feel cramped.

The hotel is very well located and the staff are friendly and helpful. More pillows would have been nice.
