The room itself was spotless, but the carpet gave off a nasty odor as soon as I walked in. Housekeeping did its job, yet the staff only spoke Mandarin, so I couldn't get any help in English. If you need assistance in another language, you’re out of luck.

The cleaning team took care of every corner, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, even handling my last‑minute requests without any hassle. I really liked the room layout—it feels like a quiet, warm home away from home. All in all, a very comfortable stay.
