The location and surroundings were good, yet the staff’s responsiveness was lacking; we had booked the free‑welcome fruit & metro option but received no fruit in our rooms, and when we asked, they simply apologized. The rooms feel a bit dated, especially the toilets and shower areas, which need refurbishment.

The hotel sits right in the city center, but the reception staff do not speak English and the Wi‑Fi is not very good.

I loved the location, it was right where I wanted to be, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. My only concern is the bathroom - it needs a handrail for older guests like myself, it would make it so much safer.

Overall, things were pretty okay, but there were some issues with the billing. They forced an upgrade on me and then charged me twice, which was pretty frustrating. I had to sort out a refund and it was a bit of a hassle.
