A quiet spot with a cottage that comes with its own terrace, but the room price feels steep.

The place has a great location and the staff were very attentive when we arrived, which we really appreciated. I did look for a private parking spot; they do have one, but the accommodation itself doesn’t have gates, and although the area appears very secure, it still gives a slight sense of insecurity for me and my family.

My room was a bit dark, but that didn’t bother me. I had to ask the cleaning crew to tidy up, and they were friendly and helpful. It seems they only clean when requested. The location was excellent, breakfast was tasty, and the price works well for a solo traveler on a budget. If I come back to Costa Rica, I’ll stay there again. I would have liked adult breakfast cereal; only Fruit Loops for kids and another sweet cold cereal were offered.
