“Unfortunately the hotel didn't live up to Marriott standards, I won't be back!”

The location is great. But our room was not ready at 5:10pm when we got to the hotel (check in is at 4:00PM) and the lobby had a bunch of people waiting for their rooms as well. We got into one of our rooms at a little after 6pm which was just unacceptable, the other room was available at 6:40, no compensation was offered to offset the inconvenience too. Just an FYI, the following day we came back from the beach at 5:40ish and there were people waiting in the lobby for their rooms, so it isn't an isolated event. Parking is a huge hassle. First it's $33.00 a day and you have to valet park (there is no parking lot you can access), there is no parking lot. You use an app to let them know you want you car and you can wait depending on what time it is. also the app hassles you to leave a tip every time you get your car, so if your in and out 3 or 4 times a day, that's a four dollar tip (which is the min tip you can leave through the app) plus a one dollar service charge

The lobby and rooms looked nice, but there was a bit of mold in the shower and the valet took a while and seemed understaffed.
