We didn’t stay but the owner was kind and gave a full refund. The picture does not match the actual place. The entire property looks run down already. The karaoke machine is broken. The pool table needs repair. The pool is inaccessible and since its broken, its just filled with water, leaves, and a lot of moss, their other pool can still be used but its dirty and not yet ready for guests. The a/c was emitting a weird smell, and doesn’t reach the loft area which was extremely hot like sauna hot, the shower room had spiders in the middle of the cubicle like not even in the corner it was right there in the middle, we had to kill it so we could use the shower area. you can tell nobody touched nor cleaned it for sometime. it was pretty dusty too which triggered my brother’s asthma, that was what ultimately made us leave. We couldn’t stay there. It wasn’t comfortable at all. Their property would be so great if they repaired and renovated but i will say it is not yet ready for any booking. They shouldn’t open their property for business just yet because it is really not yet ready, it has a lot of potential if repaired and renovated though. The staff however are really friendly. And since we didnt stay, we were glad to know that the owner was kind enough to give a full refund. Not a lot of owners are considerate so we were really glad the owner was kind and understanding
