I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to its impeccable cleanliness and the friendly, cooperative staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, I did notice that the hotel's decor could use a bit of an update to match the excellent service and cleanliness.

My stay at this hotel was comfortable and relaxing, but I did encounter a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The hotel's location is a bit of a challenge, and I found it inconvenient to navigate without a lift. Additionally, the water supply system was a bit restrictive, with water being provided in half-litre bottles only when needed, and I wished there was a water dispenser available for guests.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was somewhat disappointing due to its less-than-ideal location and average cleanliness. While the staff were not particularly welcoming, I did appreciate the effort they made to accommodate my needs. However, the hotel's overall atmosphere was somewhat lacking, and I didn't feel like I got the most out of my stay.
