“An Excellent Hotel Experience from Start to Finish”
Our stay at Pan Pacific Singapore was truly wonderful, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to many of Singapore's major attractions. The service provided by the hotel staff was consistently proactive, attentive, and highly professional. We especially enjoyed the lounge experience and were particularly impressed by the warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the lounge staff. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be delighted to return to Pan Pacific Singapore on our next visit to Singapore
The beds were comfortable but the views were disappointing.

The location was spot on. Ralph at the pool was amazing, and Janice at breakfast was lovely, remembering our names even with hundreds of people each morning. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pastry and latte bar added a nice touch. The pool was great, but I wished there was real milk or cream for my morning coffee in the room, as only powdered options were available, which felt substandard. I also couldn't use the locked bar fridge to store my own milk, a first for me, and that definitely lowered the overall experience. The lack of a bar fridge in the room for real milk or cream ruined my morning coffee routine.
The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were top‑class. We found the stay to be good value for money and enjoyed staying on the high floors with lounge access. Nothing to complain about.
