The rooms were very old and dirty, and the ingredients used in the food were the cheapest, lowest‑quality ones. The hotel’s crowded pools were dirty, and the plastic glasses handed out at the bar looked pretty filthy. No drink was truly cold, and the service felt far below what the price promised, leaving us dissatisfied.
