“If the room was refundable I would have left and went somewhere else”

The coffee tasted bitter, but the variety and quality of the food were good. However, a roach was found in the bathroom and in one of the beds, and there appeared to be blood drops on a pillowcase. The refrigerator was unstable.

“Overall, once we were switched to a new room everything was very nice for our short stay in Macon. Pleasant location.”

Everything was updated, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. The rates were reasonable and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the room assigned to us had a broken bathroom door that couldn't be closed, and there was a terrible odor. We were moved to the next room, but the smell lingered in our stomach for 3‑4 hours after the change. I wish someone had inspected the room before assigning it, and I still wonder where the odor was coming from.

We booked through a third‑party platform, but the staff found us a room exactly as we had requested. They were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and very nice. The location was great, with many restaurants and shopping spots nearby, and overall I was very pleased with the stay.
