Hotel Royal Seven

“Disappointed”

I don’t like the property. The service was bad, the washroom was dirty, there was an electrical problem, the TV wasn’t working, and the AC had an extra charge.

The location is good, but the quality of the rooms, washrooms, and ventilation is lacking.

“Need more renovation”

The manager was a good man, but I didn’t use any of the reasonable facilities offered.

This hotel did the same thing to me that Shaheen Hotel did earlier. The owner himself called me and said that they are not giving rooms for any bookings made and asked me to cancel the reservation from my side. So I had no option but to cancel it. If they do not want to provide rooms, then why do they list their property ? This is something you should properly check, as you are a third party managing these bookings.
