The hotel is only a 5‑minute walk from Han Market, making it super convenient for getting around Da Nang. There are plenty of massage shops around the hotel and calling a taxi to the airport is easy. The owner is friendly. However, the place I booked was meant for luggage storage, not overnight stays, so I understand why some facilities are lacking. Still, if you plan to stay, expect several amenities to be outdated and cleanliness to be below par, so keep that in mind when you book.

The location is good. There was no money at the reception, the air‑conditioner was broken, the TV was dead, and there was no hot water.

Han Market and Han River are really close, and the air‑conditioner keeps the room cool. Small bugs are everywhere, I don’t even know what they are, and it feels impossible to sleep or shower. On the night before my flight I stayed around Han Market, left my luggage, and managed to squeeze in a quick visit because the price was cheap.
