I didn’t grab breakfast there, but the bar meals were pretty good and the staff were the best part of the stay, so I’d come back. I didn’t like the food prices or the somewhat isolated spot; it was about a half mile from convenience stores, which felt far enough to discourage walking. That’s why the vending and Starbucks prices seemed like a trap—$5 for any drink or a single small candy bar after walking half a mile. The hotel shuttle was hit or miss and didn’t run on weekends.

“Overpriced, misleading, and disappointing.”

I booked for the advertised amenities, but they didn’t match reality. I was charged $54 for Wi‑Fi that was supposed to be free, the “heated” pool was cold, the hot tub was dirty, and housekeeping barged in at 8:24 a.m. without knocking. The hotel failed to deliver on its promises.

The location near medieval sites and malls is great, parking is free in two lots and a garage, breakfast was decent and the coffee wasn’t burnt. The parking layout was confusing at first—I had to figure out which spots were hotel property. The bathroom doors were annoying; two tiny ones that had to be closed almost shut. The shower’s high setting made a wailing whale‑like noise from the pipes near the sink.

“Less than 12 hours for $300”

Quiet breakfast, good overall vibe, and early check‑in was a plus. A nearly $300 rate for a tiny room felt awful; it should be $100 cheaper. Paying extra for internet is totally out of step with the times.
