“Very good”

We had a fantastic time at this guesthouse—spotlessly clean, freshly renovated, and incredibly cozy. Every hallway and floor is adorned with lovely paintings that brighten the space. The common areas and dining rooms are tastefully designed, and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwaves, coffee machines, kettles, all the necessary dishes, and cooking utensils, plus salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. The bathroom comes with shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion, and everything is kept tidy daily. The hosts are warm, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions or requests. The lobby on the ground floor hosts tourist brochures with useful information about Munich, which is handy. Located close to the airport, the metro is also easily reachable by car, which worked well for us since we were driving. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to sleep at night. Overall, we only had positive impressions and would highly recommend this guesthouse.

The facilities were clean, new, and easy to access; the rooms and bathrooms were excellent. Transportation was convenient, and it was only 50 minutes from the city center. I would definitely return—100% recommendation. No negatives.
