The hotel was ideal for concerts and entertainment at the Plaza Theatre, with a walkable distance to the venue, restaurants, and shops. The room’s proximity to the bar made the noise pretty bad, and the door didn’t seal well—more soundproofing would help. The room also lacked a view, so the deck half‑wall was a distraction, and it was very dirty, which is the only downside.

Parking on site was great and secure; the rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view. The location made walking to food and shops easy, and the hotel facilities were excellent.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Vala parking was truly outstanding, and both the older gentleman and the young lady who assisted us were amazing. However, our room was never cleaned by housekeeping during our stay, even after we asked. We only received clean towels after 4:30 pm when we were told the room hadn’t been cleaned and a sign was posted. The air conditioner and heating were broken, leaving the room at an incorrect temperature. A front‑desk employee came to fix it, said he’d return, but when we came back for lunch the thermostat still read 76 °F while the actual temperature was closer to 69 °F.
