The location is excellent, close to many tourist spots and easy to walk around Madrid. The room was comfortable, offered daily snack and drink refills, had a modern lighting system, and the staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was a bit small, but overall we had a good experience.

The place is well‑located and the single room, though small, didn’t bother me; it matched the photos and the area is handy for tourists. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely helpful, and both the hotel and rooms were spotless. The downside was that the room faced the inner courtyard, so there was no street noise, but on two mornings around 8.20 I woke up to chatter and cleaning sounds right outside my door, including a vacuum cleaner. I told reception about the vacuum after the first incident, and the staff were courteous, apologized, and promised to talk to the cleaners. The same thing happened again the next morning. While I understand that cleaning must happen, it felt like a needless disturbance for guests still sleeping, and for me a good night’s sleep is a key part of a holiday. The repeated early‑morning noise really ruined that for me. If you’re not super sensitive to noise, this place could still be fine, as the location, facilities, and staff were otherwise good. Another major issue was the security of my personal data: I got a notification that my booking info had been accessed by a third party through the hotel’s system, including my credit card details. I then received several scam messages with my reservation details. I had already told the hotel about this before arriving, but it seems the breach was only discovered or communicated weeks later. The potential exposure of such sensitive personal and payment information is a serious concern for me and shook my sense of security and trust in the hotel.
