The location is ideal—just a stone’s throw from the Gothic Quarter and Plaça Catalunya, with the metro right on the doorstep. The staff were polite. The fridge in the room was great, and the hallway elevator had a nice vibe. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint because they’re pulling the whole look down. A kettle and basic kitchenware would have been handy in the room.

The location is great and the hotel’s opening hours fit our schedule perfectly. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, and the bedding was excellent. However, the walls on both sides of the bed had scratches and needed a touch‑up or repaint. The toiletries were very sparse, the “mini” portions were tiny, and we only had a single glass for two people.
