The hotel sits close to Neustadt train station. The room feels somewhat spacious, though the toilet and shower are separate and small. Breakfast is pricey but varied and plentiful. The parking lot is limited, not reservable, so it doesn’t work well for day trips.

The location is excellent – you can bike to the old town in 5‑10 minutes and there are plenty of cool spots along the Elbe nearby. We really liked the underground garage that even has a locked compartment (opened with the room key) for storing and charging bikes. The new, modern bathroom with a large shower is spot‑on. The only downsides are that a small fridge in the room would be handy and fit well, the lamp over the table is bulky and hangs off‑center so you keep bumping your head, and the whole table‑and‑sideboard area could be a bit more spacious.
