The welcome cake was incredibly delicious, and because it happened to be my wife’s birthday she was thrilled. There were no incidents of the plane taking off or landing during our stay.

The rooms and facilities were new and clean, and complimentary drinks and cake were offered. If you don’t have a private car, the lack of nearby shops makes it inconvenient.

The reservation was under a different name, but the staff handled it nicely. I arrived a little after 8 pm and around 11 pm the lights flickered on and off for about five minutes, happening five times, which was pretty unsettling; after I reset the switch the problem stopped, though it left me short‑changed on sleep, haha.

“This hotel is a "Love Hotel."”

We picked this hotel because it sits right next to the airport and there’s a nice grocery store nearby, which was a bonus. While traveling north from Osaka to see various sights, we wanted to visit Yamadera Temple and I’d recommend it—it was a highlight of our trip. We were heading to Okinawa at the end of our journey, so the hotel’s location made the flight connection easy. The description didn’t say it was a “Love Hotel,” but the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding. My wife and I were surprised at check‑in, which gave us a good laugh. If you’re booking in this area, know that there are many love hotels and few traditional ones near the airport, so it was definitely a learning experience for me.
