I keep going to Guayaquil for work, and it was the perfect place for cost-effective work and rest, but the last two times I saw the hotel neglected, old sheets, shower with yellow flakes, the receptionist was too careless and the breakfast was poorly served—they told me they weren’t delivering it, plus rudeness. The neglect of both staff and rooms.

Nothing good, horrible. Dirty bathrooms full of fungus, smelling of urine, the bed with no guarantee of cleanliness, a smell of dirt everywhere, the whole hotel was dirty, terrible service, they offered breakfast but it wasn’t available, I will never return.

Good value for money. The bed is very comfortable and lets you rest very well. Overall, a pleasant experience and recommended. They didn’t give us breakfast.

The service was excellent from the moment I arrived, with a very friendly and professional staff. The room was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped, making my stay very pleasant. The facilities were in perfect condition and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It definitely surpassed my expectations and I would stay again. I fully recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience. The only downside was that it was a transit hotel and you could hear couples having intimacy nearby.
