This place is a hidden gem, especially for wheelchair users like me. The grab rails in the bathroom were a lifesaver, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was also super convenient, and the price was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable, but I wish they served breakfast a bit later in the day.
“WORST HOTEL EVER!!”
There was no A/C in my room during the middle of summer when I was staying with my sister and our four kids. When I told the front desk, they came to “fix it”, looked at it for a few minutes, then said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. They never offered to move us, and the room also smelled damp and wet like mildew or mold. The pool caused my sister and her 4‑month‑old baby to develop a rash or chemical burn from the many chemicals in the water. I became extremely sick after leaving this hotel; when I went to the doctor they said I was having an allergic reaction to mold/mildew. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!

Room had a bad odor as soon as walking in, Comforter was stained, air conditioner was gross with substance all over. Cleanliness, Smell, Gross Bedding
