Muy limpio y ordenado. El personal es muy amable. Los desayunos son básicos aunque bien servidos. El personal de cocina es muyexcelente atento

El servicio de el personal excepcional, te sientes como en casa, de igual manera las habitaciones super comodas, el de la recepcion de la mañana es muy chevere, te busca la forma que te sientas bien, y las jovenes de la cocina, muy amables y desayuno buenisimo, me gusto mucho el chocolate que hacen, la verdad es que estan 100% recomendados, volveria sin dudarlo a este lugar, Saludos desde Republica Domincana. No tengo quejas, todo estuvo perfecto, sin dudas uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado

We arrived late at night in a room for three, so we only saw the actual condition the next morning. The bathroom was heavily moldy. The bedding was dirty, spotted, partly torn, and full of hair. The room also seemed unclean – a thick layer of dust covered all surfaces. After we complained, the dust was removed and the bedding was supposedly changed, but the new bedding was again spotted and torn. For the mold in the bathroom we were only told that it needed to be renovated and that nothing could be done at the moment. No other room was offered. We also had a very bad breakfast experience: Spanish-speaking guests were served freshly cooked eggs, cheese and cold cuts, and coffee, while we were not offered this service and had to settle for leftovers. How can this hotel have such good reviews on Booking when our experience was completely different? We definitely do not recommend it – we would not stay here again.
