Loved the location, the balcony and the staff. The jacuzzi bath was an interesting feature but not really practical and the shower head was very high

The hotel’s location was great.

The hotel felt cozy and comfortable right in the heart of Madrid’s centre, with the metro just a stone’s throw away and most sights within walking distance; the surrounding area offered a nice variety of restaurants and eateries. My room was a snug small double, while my friends enjoyed a balcony with a city view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a great time—definitely coming back. The only downside was that the hotel itself had no restaurant or bar for catching up with friends, though there are plenty nearby.
