The ferry dock to Playa del Carmen is a 10-minute walk, and Cozumel Airport is a 5-minute drive away.

The rooms were comfortable with private bathrooms that were spacious, the location was good, and there was a water dispenser in the common area; when we left, the staff called taxis to take us back to the pier. Unfortunately, in two of our rooms the air conditioning didn’t work, but the staff did switch us to rooms with functional AC.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location, just a short 6-block walk from the town center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool and filtered water, were a lovely touch. Although the street noise and bar sounds were a bit loud at times, it didn't bother me too much. I also appreciated the air conditioning and fan in the room, as well as the hot water for showering.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, which was perfect for my snorkeling and diving adventures. The location was ideal, and I appreciated the hotel's overall quality. However, I did have one issue with the air conditioning, which was blowing directly onto me at night, making it difficult to sleep.
