Gravity Haus Truckee-Tahoe

“Wonderful Truckee Pet Friendly Place!”

The staff were great and the location superb. The rooms stayed clean, and the place was very pet friendly. All was great!

The location was beautiful near Truckee and not too far from Tahoe. I appreciated the architectural style, the buildings, the modern furnishings and amenities, especially the nice chocolate they gave for the spa/gym code. The rooms had a nice tea selection. The sauna was a little far and not very warm, but it was still nice to have. The front‑desk woman seemed to have a bad day, but overall everyone else was pleasant.

“This is NOW our new stopover on our trip to Idaho.”

The air, the friendly staff, the grounds, the location… everything was excellent. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, except that the pocket door in the bathroom didn’t latch or lock from the inside. It wasn’t a big deal for my husband and me, but other guests should fix it. We stayed in Bldg. 1, Room 115.

“Beautiful property, but a bit out of downtown area”

The rooms were nicely decorated and the little touches like Q‑tips were appreciated. The fridge in the room was a nice addition. Road construction in front of the hotel made it impossible to get an Uber or Lyft to the train station, so we wheeled our luggage across the street and past the park before we saw someone we met earlier in town who offered us a ride.

Clean and comfortable. The bathroom light turns off while showering because it doesn’t sense movement.
