The host was good, calm, tidy, and smiling, always ready to help, yet over three days the linens and towels never changed and tea packets were missing (coffee packets were available downstairs). The setting is wonderful, next to a magnificent Buddhist temple with windows overlooking the surrounding park, and the hotel sits in the historic city center. I feel the tea and towel changes should happen more often.
