The room was comfortable and the location was ideal for NRG/Reliant Center. I especially appreciated the late checkout after my return flight was cancelled. A fruit salad at breakfast would have been a nice touch.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all good. However, the sink stopper was stuck and water wouldn’t drain, the shower door was jammed on one side and slammed on the other, and the phone never worked.

For the price and its closeness to the Stadium, this was a solid choice. I stayed during the World Cup and wanted a place within walking distance, which was a 15‑20 minute walk. The breakfast was nice, the room spacious, and the staff super friendly. The downside is the neighborhood feels a bit rough, though the walk to the stadium was still convenient for the game.

I was thoroughly impressed by how clean the property was and how comfortable the beds felt. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of high‑quality items, and the staff stayed professional and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the medical discount. My mother and I plan to use this as our main lodging for future visits to the medical center because it provides a safe and comfortable environment for my 82‑year‑old mother. The only thing I’d suggest is adding bar soap along with the wall‑mounted body wash; while guests can bring their own toiletries, the current set of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner implies amenities are provided, so soap would make it easier for those who don’t prefer the mounted dispensers.
