The setting is lovely, the outdoor area is charming, and the view is fantastic, but the hotel hasn’t been refreshed since the 1980s and feels very dated; still, we slept very well.

The décor is old‑fashioned but everything is spotless and full of charm; the high‑altitude family hotel offers a beautiful view and a lovingly designed beer garden, plus good food at moderate prices, and everyone is very friendly—highly recommend.
