The place sits in a good spot, but the building feels old with worn carpeting and patched ceilings, and the elevator was broken, forcing us to climb the stairs.

The location is convenient, yet the elevator was out of service and there were no first‑floor rooms available when we arrived, so two 60‑year‑olds had to haul suitcases, a CPAP, a cooler, and a backpack up a flight. My wife, who had a stroke years ago and whose left leg is weak, found this especially difficult. On top of that, only one of the two fans in the AC unit worked, and it took hours for the room to cool.

The toilet height is the lowest I've ever encountered—lower than the porta‑potty in my camper.

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and fresh, and the staff were very nice. However, the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, and the breakfast options were limited for a vegan.
