The location is wonderful, which is why it’s worth staying here. The room was incredibly small, and unfortunately, in central London at an acceptable price there isn’t much else, so there’s no reason for a complaint.

The location was perfect, but the breakfast room was very cramped.

I found the hotel in a very central spot, close to Euston station, Regent Park and Oxford Street, and the English breakfast was great. The area around the hotel is quiet, but both the room and the breakfast hall felt a bit cramped.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast ran from 7:30 to 9:30. I was in the breakfast room at 9:20, waiting to be served. A staff member appeared around 9:25, but avoided eye contact and tidied up instead. When I asked for a cooked breakfast, she said it was already 9:31 and the kitchen was closed. It seemed deliberate that she wouldn’t acknowledge me until after the opening time. I found the experience insulting and frankly infuriating.

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the British Museum and a 20‑minute walk to Trafalgar Square, close to the metro and in a fairly calm university area. Our room was spacious, with two double beds, and we four people were comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. We arrived very late and the staff left our key in a lockbox at the door and emailed us the instructions. Overall, I would recommend it. The dining room is small and on one day we had to wait for an announcement before we could eat, but the hotel itself is compact and the space is limited.
