The chalet was not cleaned at all, the heater didn’t work and it was freezing; my child didn’t sleep. The dirty linen on the bed was also a problem.

The manager on duty was excellent and the location was close to our other planned events, so traveling wasn’t an issue. The rooms were very small, it was winter and close to a dam, and it was freezing because there was no heating system. The host supplied a gas heater when he saw I was shivering and considering other accommodation, but it kept switching off and was unsafe in the small space, so we turned it off as soon as the room warmed up. The walls were thin, and we spent the night hearing our neighbors’ conversations, activities, and TV.

“Good to stay for a short business trip”

I appreciated that the manager’s request was attended to. Thank you. However, there was no notice that breakfast had been served, and guests didn’t have their own gate access; we had to call the person in charge to open it for us.

It was close to everything I wanted. The only complaint was that it was so cold and the water was barely warm.
