The location is good. It’s not a very nice or pleasant place, zero comfort, and the breakfast included in the price leaves a lot to be desired. Still, if you want something cheap and close to everything, it’s okay.

The location is good. I didn’t like the breakfast; the best part was the coffee.

The location is super central and they sell tickets for Costa Rica. The room is small, the bathrooms are tiny, and the breakfast could be better.

The location is outstanding and the staff is very good.

The hotel sits in a good spot and stays fairly quiet even though it’s in the city center; the person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The room was modest but clean, comfortable, and the shuttle service to several destinations was very convenient. A small bonus: when I lost my glasses during the transfer, they kindly contacted the company to see if they could locate them. On the downside, the air‑conditioning unit in the room was broken, so we were left with two fans in a hot room where we couldn’t open the windows because they face the patio, making it very warm. The kitchen upon arrival was not very tidy—rice stuck in a pot under the stove, dishes in the sink, and a bad odor, among other issues. Compared to other accommodations in Nicaragua at the same price, the value for money felt a bit mediocre.
