We came to Poltava for dinner, left satisfied, the room was clean and simple, nothing extra, slippers and toothbrushes were provided for everyone, and free coffee and tea were a nice bonus.

Everything was great: cleanliness, communication, quick service, nice rooms, and you can store your belongings.

The location, ordering, and payment were fine, but there was only one chair in the room and no table.

Cozy rooms, attention to detail with toothbrushes and toothpaste, comfortable check‑in, overall a pleasant stay at the hotel.
