Two stale biscuits, two biscuits, two mini tartelettes packaged in cellophane every day. I was going to buy croissants each morning while the breakfast was supposedly included in the rental price. SCAM!!

Very good 👍. No description of how online check‑in works, the towel was dirty, and there was no toilet paper.

We spent a fantastic time in this Naples lodging. The apartment was spotless and impeccably maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the city’s various areas. We highly recommend this place!

The room sits on a major thoroughfare in Naples, close to the historic quarter. The old building has been well renovated. The welcome was very limited: the 'housekeeper' (?) greeted us, otherwise we would have had no human contact. Breakfast in the room with boxed items is a bit Spartan. The coffee machine didn’t work. The elevator is paid for!!! The advertised parking works as described. However, its staff speak only Italian and make no effort to speak otherwise (without the housekeeper we would still be waiting for our car! thanks to her). Only one driver speaks English, but the conversation remains limited and the helpfulness is low (he stays at the wheel and doesn’t get out to help load luggage). All of this for 40 euros a night anyway!!! It’s a point to consider if you’re driving.

The location. Several B&Bs owned by the same person, we booked 3 rooms with friends and 2 were sent to a much farther hotel. The elevator is paid for and they didn’t tell us, which I found odd! The shower was very uncomfortable, with very little water pressure and no door or curtain. The room faced the street, and all car noise could be heard, making it almost impossible to rest. Luckily we only stayed one day.
