Je pensais avoir une chambre "delightful" comme le dit l'annonce, mais absolument PAS DU TOUT! Tout était très très très sale partout. Il y a une odeur pestilentielle dans la chambre, la salle de bain commune est dégoûtante : WC pas propres, douche moisie, rideau de douche moisi et troué. Je n'ai même pas pu utiliser la cuisine ! Par ailleurs, il n'y a aucune isolation phonique : on entend absolument tout. Pire, les autres personnes dans le logement n'ont eu aucune considération : ils se montrent déshabillés dans la cuisine, font beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 04h du matin, sont sales. Vraiment je ne recommande absolument pas! C'est honteux

The spot's on Montreal Island and the metro's just a stone's throw away, and for a weekend you could snag it for under $100 – pretty sweet. But the neighborhood feels sketchy, the wood floor creaks louder than a haunted house, and the kitchen and appliances were a mess.

The landlord was quick to answer any questions and the room itself was spotless. The downside? The whole place smelled like smoke or something burnt, the kitchen was barely maintained, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired.
