The pool area was great, but the price for one night was a bit steep.

The environment was clean and quiet, but the restaurant ladies were rude to me.

I liked basically everything about this hotel and the service is excellent 👏, though the toilet in Room 16 had a bit of an unpleasant smell that might need to be looked at.

Cleanliness, Gilbert Brown quick response, compared to other staff. No soap in the bathroom
