Everything was great, especially the breakfast at the hotel.

The robot and the location near the exhibition were great, and the view is nice too. Breakfast, however, required a call to confirm and explain what the online booking included. The staff were friendly and trusted us, but the online and hotel booking details were not clearly explained.

The staff really went above and beyond for us, super flexible with our booking changes which was a huge relief. They clearly care about their guests and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. No issues to report, just great service all around.

“Would have been a wonderful stay if not for the unbearably hot room”

This hotel's got a lot going for it - great breakfast with tons of options, a convenient location near the subway, and it's even connected to the conference hotel. But, man, the room was sweltering, like 28 degrees Celsius, and the thermostat was a dud. The staff said it was a seasonal thing, but that didn't fly with me - I mean, can't a 4-star hotel control the temperature? Opening the windows didn't help much either.

“A mediocre experience but clean. Service was sub standard”

If you're heading to the south of Chengdu, this place is decent, not perfect but it works. The staff could've been more helpful with my luggage when I first got in, and the room was a bit on the warm side, even with the AC cranked up.
