“Relax total”
The thermal pool had chlorine‑free water, the female staff were helpful, and the TV app worked, but the intercom didn’t function and there was little fruit at breakfast.
“ACEPTABLE”
The pool was beautiful, but it closes early; there was no Wi‑Fi in the bungalows, the pool shut down at 18.00, and if you ski you miss the chance to use it when you return, so it should stay open at least until 19.00 because after skiing you want to relax.

The location is perfect and the silence is good, but the facilities are old, rooms haven’t been renovated, shower water pressure is low, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are in bad shape, and the single beds are small. One day a clearly worn towel was left in my room; I put it on the floor for replacement and later that afternoon I found exactly the same towel.
The pool was great, but I got a room with a damp smell and we couldn’t hang clothes in the closet because of the odor.
“PAZ ARMONIA Y RELAX”
Breakfast was delicious and varied, dinners were beautifully presented and tasty, the place is lovely with a special peace, it’s our second visit and we look forward to returning; thanks to the meticulous staff. The only thing we didn’t like was a dessert that seemed raw, but it was spectacular overall and we reported it immediately, so everything was fine; highly recommended. The thermal pool time felt short—if you’re on an excursion or walk, it’s already closed when you get back, and they’re very strict with the schedule.
