The bed was clean, the staff friendly, and the seating comfy, but the rooms felt under‑equipped with barely any plates or cups; the whiskey glasses were a nice touch, yet a King Suite should have come with a bottle of wine or chocolates instead of just “here’s your room, enjoy.” Adding a few extras for about $15 would make guests feel truly valued.

The room was clean, spacious, and came with great amenities; the gym and pool were reachable by elevator, and the free breakfast was tasty—no complaints at all.

I never got to stay because the booking page reset and changed the dates to the same day; I had intended to reserve for tomorrow, but the system booked the same night. I called to ask for a waiver, but I was still charged even though I booked after 11 pm. I expected the manager or hotel to help, but the customer service was poor.

The pool was good and the food excellent; the room was comfortable and quiet. The hot tub was tidy but lacked jets, so it wasn’t very relaxing, and the gym looked nice but was inaccessible during my stay.
